When a customer comes in with a complaint regarding a defect in a product you sold, follow the links in this Warranty Assistant to sort out compensation in a matter of minutes.

Ask the customer:

  • When did he/she notice the defect?
  • Does he/she have a warranty certificate?

The buyer does not necessarily have to have a warranty certificate –
any document that acts as evidence of the place and time of purchase is sufficient. Remember that as the seller of the product, you are also responsible for warranties granted by importers and manufacturers. The buyer must file a complaint regarding a defective product within two months of noticing the defect.
