Consumer Agency accepts the following securities as security required by the Travel Agency Act (1080/1994) section 10. Consumer Agency only accepts securities made with the following documents.
The issuer of the security must be domiciled in the European Economic area. Foreign banks and insurance companies must provide that they are holders of an appropriate concession obtained from their national authorities, and establish the identity of the persons authorized to sign the name of their company and the issuer’s rating by Moody’s Investors Service .
