Consumer Advisory Services help and arbitrate

Are you seeking a redress for a defect in a good or service? Is a product that you ordered late? Are you being charged for an invoice that you have already paid?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee service in English. By phone service is given in Finnish and Swedish.

The Consumer Agency monitors a number of laws that protect the consumer on the market. You can file a complaint about inappropriate marketing, unreasonable terms of a contract, contract modification or breach of good debt collecting.
