Children and mobile phones

Where to get help?

If you lose your mobile phone

If you lose your mobile phone or its SIM card, contact your own mobile phone operator immediately. In the event of theft, also report the case to the police.

If your mobile phone is stolen

Report the theft to the operator and to the police. If you want to block not only the subscription but also the use of the phone itself, send a copy of the police report to the operator. The operator can then close the phone. Give the phone’s IMEI code with the report.

File a claim with your insurance company.
